Rebecca Rennison

Rebecca Rennison (London, UK) is a multi-award-winning international aerial circus artist and choreographer. Graduating from the acclaimed Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Dance, Rebecca fell head over heels with aerial circus and has made a career of seamlessly weaving together lyrical acrobatics, dance and physical theatre to make magical 'happenings' in the air. Taking to the skies like a comic-book superheroine brought to life, she imbues her multiple aerial disciplines with a contemporary edge which has seen her become a much sought-after artist on the international stage & in commercial video.

Her recent appearances include, but are not limited to: Another Brick in the Wall, Copenhagen; The Royal Variety Performance; Mimi's (alongside legendary musician and producer, Peaches); Bring Me to the Horizon's music video for "Teardrop"; Glastonbury Festival; and Elektron, Macau. Additionally, she was awarded the title of "Best Act" at Malabaria Circus Festival, Lanzarote in 2020 and holds a shared Guinness World Record for the highest number of synchronised aerial silks' performances at one time. Rebecca's meticulous attention to detail and flawless presentation have also made her a regular fixture in the London nightlife circuit, where she has been seen performing regularly in venues as prestigious as The Box, Park Chinois, The Roundhouse, Underbelly Boulevard, The London Cabaret Club, The New Vic Theatre, The Peacock Theatre, The Windmill Soho and Circus Covent Garden.

As a choreographer and dancer, Rebecca has built movement direction and performed in a number of music videos, large-scale productions and ads. She is regularly called upon to consult on projects to develop captivating choreography for a variety of projects and has passed on her expertise to thousands of students at all skill levels around the world.
